At the end of the movie:
Albrecht:"At least it stopped raining"
Sarah:"It can't rain all the time"

And the classic one of Sarah at the end of the movie:

*******Here I have some quotes of my own from the movie itself...******* * (In Albrecht's apartment) Eric Draven: Little things used to mean so much to Shelly. I used to think they were kinda trivial.

*(In the pawn shop) Eric Draven: Mr. Gideon... you're not paying attention.
*(In FunBoy's Flat,infront of mirror.)
(Eric grabs Darla and makes her look into the mirror.)

Albrecht: You, don't move! Eric Draven: I thought cops always said "Freeze!" Albrecht: Well, I say don't move. Move and you're dead! Eric Draven: And I say I'm dead ... and I move...
* (Just before he stabs Tin-Tin) Eric Draven: Victims ... aren't we all?
* (In Fun Boy's flat) Eric Draven: Take your best shot, Fun Boy. You got me dead-bang. Fun Boy: You are seriously fucked up. Did you look in your mirror? You need professional help.
* (After the massacre in Top Dollar's meeting room) Eric Draven: Guess it's not a good day to be a bad guy, eh Skank?
* (In Fun Boy's flat) Fun Boy (after being amazed by Eric's healing hand): Jesus Christ! Eric (sarcastically): Jesus Christ...stop me if you've heard this one. Jesus Christ walks into a hotel. (first gunshot) Eric (quite unemotionally): Ow. (strutting) He walks into a hotel and hands the innkeeper three nails and asks... (gunshot 2) Fun Boy (desperate): Don't you ever fuckin' die? Eric: "Can you put me up for the night?"
*Albrecht:"I'm waiting for backup,this is getting too weird for me"
Eric:"It gets better.Do you know someone named T-Bird?He had a friend who shouldn't
have played with knives.
Like the coat?"
Albrecht:"You're the guy who murdered Tin-Tin."
Eric:"He was already dead.He died a year ago when he touched her.
They're all dead.They just don't know it yet.

*(In Top Dollar's office after Gideon's shop burns down)
T-Bird:"I got trouble. One of my crew got himself perished."
Top Dollar:"And who might that be?" T-Bird:"Tin Tin. Somebody stuck his knives in all his major organs in alphabetical order."
Top Dollar:"Well, by all means, I think we ought to have an introspective moment of silence for poor ol' Tin Tin."

*(On the cathedral rooftop)
Top Dollar:"Ya know, my father used to say, every man's got a devil,
and you can't rest until you find him.
Whatever happened back there with you and your girlfriend,
I cleared that building. Hell, nothing happens in this town
without my say-so. So I'm sorry if I spoiled your wedding
plans, there, friend. But if it's any consolation to you, you have put a
smile on my face."

*(While attacking Shelly)
T-Bird:"Abashed the Devil stood and felt how awful Goodness was."

*(On the cathedral after Top-Dollar stabbed Eric)
Eric:"I have something to give you.I don't want it anymore"(grabs Top-Dollar's head)
"Thirty hours of pain!All at once! All for you..!"

*(Inside the cathedral)
Albrecht:"Ah shit.Just came to pay my respects and here you are
getting all shot up again.
Eric:"They took Sarah."
Albrecht:"How many?"
Eric:"Two.I can handle it don't worry."
Albrecht:"Here's the plan.You stay in front 'till they're outta ammo.I'll arrest them."
Eric:"That sounds like a Great plan.There's just one problem."(Looks at gunshot in shoulder.)
Albrecht:"Shit, you're bleeding all over the place.I thought..you know..you were invincible"
Eric:"I was..I'm not anymore"
